We won't bombard you with messages, but if you prefer we are happy to send video/picture updates and fill you in on details of your dogs stay. From eating to playtime, you'll always be in the loop.

We proudly offer free initial meet n' greets. Drop by our house and introduce your dog to us, get to know us, and see our home. We can talk through any concerns or worries you may have. Make note of routines, if they are allowed on the furniture, etc. This is the perfect opportunity to make sure you're comfortable with choosing us, and for your dog to get to know us before their stay. We generally schedule these before the stay, but if time doesn't allow - we always allow our pet parents to hang around as long as they feel comfortable to get their dog adjusted at drop-off.  Set up a meet & greet today! 

Adequate Potty Breaks
Kennels are often overpacked and understaffed. This means, your dog may be forced to hold out for their turn to be let out, or potentially have an accident in their enclosure.
